Salaams;
Once again the time of Hajj is upon us; in light of this it is important the everyone, both Muslim and non-Muslim are aware of why the Muslims engage in this annual event; why the rituals are as they are; and why there is so much in the Hajj event that can unite the three major mono-theistic faiths – Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
I’ll be writing a longer paper which will try to explain in more detail these events; but for the moment – it might prove useful for those who genuinely want to learn about the event of the Hajj watch the Iranian Movie about the Prophet Abraham, peace be upon him.
Since the Islamic Revolution in Iran, there has been a renaissance in Islamic Movies from out there. The already talented Directors, Producers as well as Actors and Actresses have now put their talents to a film about the Patriarch, Abraham, the Friend of God (Ibrahim Khalil Allah).
You can get this film from Doxmart; at this page.
It comes highly recommended! Check it out!
